Breakfast Cheesecake


2 packages Crescent Roll Dough

2  8 - ounce packages Cream Cheese

1 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 egg


1.  Put one can of crescent roll dough over the bottom of 13 x 9 cake pan sprayed with Pam.  Close seams of the dough.

2.  Mix 2 packages of cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and one egg yolk (save egg white for later).

3.  Spread the cream cheese mixture across the dough.

4.  Put a second can of crescent roll dough on the top to cover the cream cheese mixture.

5.  Brush the beaten egg white over the dough.

6.  Sprinkle with a mixture of crushed pecans and 1/2 cup of sugar.

7.  Bake at 350o for 30 minutes or until done.


Makes a wonderful breakfast treat!
