I am a native Kansan, that loves Sunflowers.... that never got too far away from home. I grew up in Marion county, (the county next to Harvey County), graduated from Durham High and attended Emporia State College. I decided living life, working and raising a family would be my next sources of education. I have lived and worked in the Newton area for the past 34 years. I have 2 grown children, 3 grandchildren - Dylan age 8, Jacob age 4, and Maddey age 3.
I have been a Realtor in the Newton area for 17 years. In 1994 Brad Elliott and I started Realty Connections, an independently owned full service Real Estate Company. We presently have 5 other full time Agents.
I enjoy working with people and helping them find a Home, not just a house, but a Home.... A HOME SHOULD BE.......... A HOME is a roof to keep out the rain, four walls to keep out the wind and floors to keep out the cold. But it should be lots more than that. It should be the laugh of a baby, the warmth of loving hearts, the light from happy eyes, kindness, loyalty and don't forget comradeship. HOME should be the first school and the first church for young ones, where they learn what is right, what is good and what is kind. It's a place where every family member should be able to go for comfort when they are hurt or sick. Joy should be shared and sorrow eased in a HOME.
